The plasma cleaning machine is actually a surface treatment system. The compatibility of the configuration is very important. In order to work stably, the operation of each component cannot go wrong. Especially for factories with high UPH requirements, once a fault occurs, it cannot be eliminated in time, and the loss will be very large! Today, based on years of R&D, production and maintenance experience, we have sorted out the common fault alarms and treatment methods of vacuum plasma cleaning machines.

1. Thermal overload protection of the vacuum pump of the plasma cleaning machine, please check the circuit and vacuum pump faults

① In this case, please first observe whether the system parameter settings have changed. Sudden power failure will cause the system parameters to return to zero, resulting in such alarms in the equipment.

② If the system parameters have not changed, please confirm whether the thermal relay is automatically protected, press the reset button, and then start the vacuum generation system. If there is no automatic protection, please check whether the electrical circuit is open or short-circuited.

③ Check whether the wire is open or short-circuited.

④ If there is no abnormality as mentioned above, please check the vacuum pump.

2. The phase sequence of the three-phase power supply of the plasma cleaning machine is abnormal, please change the phase sequence

① There is a phase sequence protection relay. If such an alarm occurs, please change the phase sequence.

3. The pressure of the first gas supply is too low. Please check whether the gas is turned on or exhausted.

4. The pressure of the second gas supply is too low. Please check whether the gas is turned on or exhausted.

3 and 4 are gas circuit control system alarms. If this alarm occurs, please check whether the gas is turned on or exhausted. If there is no problem with the gas, please check whether the equipment pressure reducing gauge, gas circuit solenoid valve and flow meter are working properly. Check whether the electrical circuit is open or short-circuited.

5. The venting gas pressure is too low. Please check whether the gas is turned on or exhausted.

If such an alarm occurs, please check whether the gas circuit solenoid valve used for breaking the vacuum at the bottom of the cavity is working properly and whether the circuit is open or short-circuited.
