Photoresist Removal (Plasma Strippers): Designed to remove photoresist and organic residues on wafer surfaces, a core process for semiconductor wafer fabrication and MEMS micro-processing.

Surface Etching (Plasma Etchers): Supports high-precision micro-nano fabrication for delicate structural processing in the semiconductor and MEMS industries.

2006 Year
In 2006, CIF International Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Los Angeles, California, USA . At its inception, it served as a supplier of instruments and equipment for universities and research institutes.
2008 Year
In 2008, CIF independently developed and manufactured graphite hot plates, we have successively researched, developed and produced physical and chemical laboratory instruments and equipment including acid reflux cleaners, acid purifiers and intelligent digesters, embarking on a professional path of R&D and manufacturing ever since.
2010 Year
In 2010, CIF mastered plasma technology and independently developed and manufactured a full range of research-grade plasma cleaners.
2014 Year
In 2014, CIF (Beijing) Tech Co., Ltd. was founded domestically and CIF International Group Co., Ltd. was registered in Los Angeles, USA. The company initially operated as an instrument distributor for universities and scientific research institutions.
2015 Year
In 2015, CIF independently developed and manufactured rotary bottle plasma cleaners specially designed for powder sample treatment.
2017 Year
In 2017, CIF independently developed and launched a full line of UV ozone cleaners.
2018 Year
In 2018, CIF Instrument (Chengde) Co., Ltd. was established in China, with all R&D and manufacturing operations relocated to China.
2019 Year
In 2019, the remote plasma cleaner specially for electron microscopes was successfully developed.
2021 Year
In 2021, we independently developed and manufactured pilot-scale and production-grade plasma cleaning equipment, completing our full lineup of plasma products.
2023 Year
In 2023, research-grade plasma asher and RIE etcher were successfully developed.
