In 2023, the plasma etcher independently developed and manufactured by our company was appraised to reach the domestic leading level in the achievement evaluation organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Province. Meanwhile, it was recognized as a First Set of Major Technical Equipment Product in Hebei Province by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province.
