　　Glue baking machine is a kind of equipment commonly used in industrial manufacturing process. It can apply adhesive or glue to the surface of various materials by heating. It adopts hot air circulation heating method. The main components include heating area, conveying system, roller and controller. Through these areas, the bonded materials can be automatically heated, conveyed, shaped and cooled. Its working principle can be simply summarized as follows: the pre-heated air is sent to the assembly line, and the air is contacted with the high-temperature electrical furnace through the blower to form a closed loop, thereby forming a powerful heat source to complete the task of processing various complex products.

　　The operation process of the glue baking machine can be divided into the following steps:

1. Adjust the internal temperature to a suitable level, generally ranging from 100℃ to 200℃;

2. Put the items to be glued on the workbench and spray or brush glue on the surface of the items;

3. Turn on the glue baking machine fan to blow the internal hot air onto the workbench to make the glue dry quickly.

4. Remove the processed products from the workbench for the next production operation.

Through the above four steps, the gluing work of the material can be completed well. Of course, in order to ensure that it can operate safely and stably for a long time, we also need to properly maintain and service the glue baking machine:

1. Clean the machine inside and outside at regular intervals according to the frequency of use to prevent dust accumulation, foreign matter, etc. from damaging the internal components of the machine;

2. Regularly check whether the heating tube is blocked by debris or damaged by heavy objects, and check its high temperature resistance;

3. Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or butter to the lifting structure, chain and guide rails of the cargo elevator in the machine;

4. After disconnecting the power supply, carefully check whether the power cord is aging or rusted at the joints. If there is a problem, replace and repair the circuit connection board in time.
