CIF 2022 first half summary meeting and team building concluded successfully!

On July 22, the CIF work summary meeting was successfully held at the R&D and production base, Hebei Chengde. The theme of the meeting was "Forge Yourself, Lead with Science and Technology, and Climb to the Top", aiming to review the work summary of the first half of 2022 and transform the problem list into an action list. General Manager Sun Yongxing made a keynote speech and all employees participated.

First, Sun Yongxing reviewed the business situation and product development progress of the company in the first half of 2022. General Manager Sun said, "In 2022, we encountered large-scale epidemics in Jilin, Shanghai, Beijing and other regions. Affected by the epidemic, some were confined to their homes and some were isolated on business trips. The supply of parts and cargo transportation were affected to varying degrees. Despite the difficulties, the company worked together and successfully completed various planned tasks under constraints. We affirmed the work of various departments." Then a special discussion on "Transforming the Problem List into an Action List" was launched.

"Technology leads, creating exquisite products" is the direction that CIF insists on for the research and development and innovation of instruments. Frontline colleagues working all over the world compiled the problems encountered in their work and the feedback from customers into a "problem list" and submitted it to the meeting for discussion. They checked each item from multiple dimensions such as design, manufacturing, materials, software, application, transportation, etc. Each department expressed their opinions, completely exhausted each problem, found out the underlying logic, proposed solutions, and followed the work process of "vision, goal, plan, execution, and review" to turn the "problem list" into an executable, achievable, measurable, time-limited and dedicated "action list" and solution. The discussion was positive, objective and sufficient, and the meeting was very successful.

After the meeting, more than 20 colleagues and their families drove to start today's team-building trip.

The first stop was to drive more than 400 kilometers to Saihanba National Forest Park. Saihanba National Forest Park is located in the Bashang area of Chengde, Hebei Province. It has a cold temperate monsoon climate and an average altitude of 1,500 meters. It was part of the hunting park "Mulan Paddock" in the Qing Dynasty. It is the largest national forest park in the north. The hills and Mandian are rolling, rivers and lakes are scattered, and forests and grasslands are intertwined. It is known as "the source of the river, the hometown of clouds, the world of flowers, the ocean of forests, and the holy land of people." The fatigue of the journey did not affect everyone's enthusiasm and yearning for the grassland. After a simple lunch, we couldn't wait to run to the grassland. The endless grassland, the golden lotus on the ground is within reach, the towering trees surge into the clouds, the white clouds dance in the air, the lakes are sparkling in the embrace of the grassland, and the moist air is fresh and clean. Lovers walked hand in hand, children played in the stream, some sat on the ground playing cards, some sang songs, some experienced horseback riding, some walked far away, and some quietly appreciated the scenery that could not be taken away. On the open grassland, taking pictures, chasing, picking flowers, singing, laughing, and shouting interacted together. The scene was warm and touching, the environment was comfortable and intoxicating, and there was also the temptation of roasted whole lamb. The scene was passionate and unrestrained, and everyone had a great time.

At the second stop, we drove more than 400 kilometers from the grassland to the ocean, Beidaihe, a holy place for recuperation and summer vacation. There are both Cao Cao's "Viewing the Sea" "Looking at the Jieshi in the east, I can see the sea. The water is so calm, and the mountains and islands are standing tall", and Mao Zedong's famous sentence "Fishing boats outside Qinhuangdao" in "Langtaosha", which are vivid descriptions of Beidaihe. Beidaihe is located in the northeast of Hebei, facing the Bohai Sea in the east and south. It has a continental monsoon climate, with distinct four seasons, humid air, and high negative oxygen ion content. It is a holy place for vacation and recuperation. The team visited Tiger Stone Park, Xianluo Island, and Liuzhuang Food Street. Everyone boarded Xianluo Island by boat, played pirate ships, aerial motorcycles, bungee jumping, and took a cableway back from the sea, which was exciting and interesting. The endless sea, one wave after another hitting the coast, the soft Xisha embraced the baptism of sea water, children played in the water and on the sand, and adults surfed in the sea, feeling the breadth, tolerance and openness of the sea. The wide variety of seafood delicacies conquered everyone's taste buds, making the experience rich and memorable.

During the 5-day team building trip, under the careful organization and arrangement of the company leaders, everyone had fun, ate happily, drank happily, and was tired but happy. The team building trip deepened the feelings between colleagues, enhanced friendship, promoted communication, and was highly appreciated and positively evaluated by family members.
