3. Dual Vacuum Control Vacuum pressure can be precisely controlled by two methods: gas flow regulation or chamber pressure regulation, enabling flexible and intelligent process operation.

4. Precise Gas Control Equipped with mass flow meters to ensure high-precision gas control. The standard unit comes with a dual-channel gas system, while multi-channel gas circuits are available as an option. It is applicable to various process gases, including oxygen, argon, nitrogen, carbon tetrafluoride and hydrogen.

5. Shower-Type Air Distribution The multi-channel uniform air intake structure solves the uneven airflow issue of conventional single-hole design, ensuring uniform and stable processing results.
