It is fitted with a PLC industrial control system, supporting seamless switching between Manual and Automatic modes. The system can store up to 20 sets of process recipes, with complete data retention and traceability, making it perfectly suitable for refined production management and control.

2. Bidirectional intelligent vacuum control:It features intelligent dual-mode vacuum regulation, which allows precise adjustment of vacuum degree through gas flow rate and chamber pressure.

3. Precise gas management: Equipped with high-precision flow meters, with standard dual gas circuits that can be expanded to 4-channel interfaces, and is compatible with multiple process gases. The multi-channel uniform gas distribution design effectively solves the problem of uneven gas intake in the traditional single-hole design, ensuring stable and consistent workpiece treatment effect.

4. Dynamic Non-Destructive Treatment: Rolling rotary drum structure with dynamic stirring treatment, adaptable to irregularly shaped materials, with a treatment uniformity deviation of ≤ 15%.

5. Low-Temperature Material Protection:Low-temperature non-destructive treatment of workpieces, environmentally friendly with zero pollutant emissions, and high-efficiency powder homogenization.

6. Clean and anti-pollution design: Equipped with gas backfill and purge function, and fitted with HEPA high-efficiency filters to effectively prevent secondary pollution.

7. Low-Temperature Safety Operation: Operates under low-temperature working conditions, with a conventional temperature not exceeding 80℃, and as low as 40℃ for special processes, completely preventing thermal damage to samples.
