Technical Principles

1. Low-temperature plasma treatment: Oxygen or argon is ionized into highly active plasma in a vacuum chamber. Combined physical bombardment and chemical reaction realize integrated cleaning and surface modification, ensuring excellent cleaning results while protecting lenses from damage.

 2. Physical cleaning: High-energy particles perform nano-scale mild scouring to thoroughly remove surface proteins, grease, micro-dust and release agents without scratching the lens surface, so the optical performance of OK lenses remains intact.

3. Chemical modification: Chemical bonds of organic contaminants are broken down and converted into carbon dioxide and water, which are pumped out with no residue or secondary pollution. Meanwhile, hydrophilic groups (-OH/-COOH) are evenly attached to the lens surface to boost hydrophilicity, solving the common problems of dryness and uneven tear spreading  during lens wear.

4. Damage-free processing: The system runs at a temperature lower than 50°C to avoid material aging and deformation caused by high heat. It preserves the original optical parameters, geometric form and mechanical properties of lenses to guarantee corrective effects and extend service life.

Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen supporting Chinese and English bilingual switching. Operators can monitor and adjust process parameters in real time. Multiple dedicated cleaning formulas for OK lenses are pre-installed to adapt to lenses of different materials and contamination levels. Process data can be stored and traced to minimize manual errors and facilitate quality control in production and research.

Support barcode scanning and manual entry. The scanning interface reserves serial numbers for subsequent use, realizing one-to-one traceability of OK lenses and streamlining operations, especially for mass production and batch testing in research.

Electrically controlled chamber door via on-screen buttons prevents collision and scratches to precision lenses caused by manual operation. Customized solutions are available for production, research and daily lens care scenarios to meet differentiated demands.

2. Reliable Control System with Flexible Adaptability for Multiple Scenarios

The entire cleaning process is managed by a PLC system with switchable manual and automatic modes. The manual mode is ideal for exploring parameters for new lens materials and processes in research, while the automatic mode enables standardized batch processing for consistent cleaning results for every lens.

Dual intelligent vacuum control adjusts pressure accurately via gas flow or chamber pressure. It prevents lens damage from abnormal pressure and stabilizes cleaning and modification effects.

A single main unit can be connected to two processing machines, greatly improving batch processing efficiency, optimizing layout and cutting operational costs.

3. Hierarchical Authority Management for Enhanced Safety and Standardization

A three-level permission system (Operator, Administrator, Supervisor) with modifiable passwords prevents unauthorized operation and incorrect parameter settings. It ensures standardized processing, reliable cleaning quality and data security, perfectly fitting standardized management in research and production environments.

4. Comprehensive Data Management for Full Traceability & Quality Control

Core data including processing time, operators, lens quantity and process parameters are fully recorded. Data can be filtered by time range and exported to standard tables via USB flash drive for process analysis and optimization, meeting data retention and quality traceability requirements for research and production.

The whole operation process is recorded for full traceability, facilitating responsibility confirmation and process improvement.

Remote monitoring function allows real-time viewing of background data off-site, lowering labor costs and improving management efficiency.

5. Precise Process Monitoring to Protect High Precision of OK Lenses

Real-time status display for vacuuming, gas intake and other procedures enables operators to track progress and detect anomalies promptly.

Vacuum degree, gas flow and radio frequency status are automatically monitored. The system will trigger alarms and suspend operation in case of faults to avoid lens damage and ensure stable operation.

High-precision dedicated flow meters support multiple gas sources to match different lens materials, delivering uniform cleaning and modification effects.

Scientific pressure relief design controls the rate and duration of pressure release to stop lenses from shifting, blowing away or colliding. Custom pressure relief solutions are provided according to lens size and material.

Dual protection of gas backflushing and HEPA high-efficiency filtration stops external dust and impurities from entering the chamber, avoiding secondary pollution and meeting the medical-grade cleanliness standard for worn OK lenses.

The chamber is made of 316 stainless steel or quartz glass with no impurity precipitation and excellent corrosion resistance. All pipelines adopt 316 stainless steel. Specially designed central trays prevent lens collision, and the tray material complies with contact standards for OK lenses.

Ergonomically tilted 60° operation panel eases long-hour operation. The compact structure saves floor space and suits laboratories, production workshops and optometry centers. Recessed front panels protect instruments and control components from impact for long-term stable operation.
